AplusHunter collects and uses only the information needed to provide learner accounts, deliver educational services, review payments, support users, and protect the platform from misuse.
Account information may include name, email address, password credentials, optional profile details, account role, and security-related session records such as IP address or device metadata used for authentication and abuse prevention.
Learning activity may include subject choices, answers submitted in practice sessions, marks, feedback, progress history, coaching relationships, and related academic analytics generated inside the platform.
If you use a paid plan, AplusHunter may store payment order records, payment references, review status, and support correspondence required to verify and activate access.
AplusHunter uses this information to operate accounts, deliver adaptive learning features, provide coaching and support workflows, review plan activation requests, improve platform reliability, and maintain security.
Information is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared only with service providers or infrastructure partners directly involved in hosting, authentication, communications, or payment-related operations, and only to the extent required to run the service.
